·         On January 4, 2012, Julian Alvarez with Remodeling By Julian was recognized as the Breakfast Club’s newest member of 2012.

·         Feb 1^st, Travis Polling will be our guest speaker and talk to us about “Breakfast beers”

January 4: Valeska Keller with Welcoming Neighbor

·         Smile when you answer and also when you record your voicemail (Valeska’s advice to all)

·         Welcoming Neighbor explains businesses to the home owner and sets the tone for a warm follow-up but it can still take 5 phone calls to convert.

·         Don’t “forget” the clients that do business with you, once you’re converted, make a point to contact them to make sure they are happy and don’t have unanswered questions.

·         Valeska identifies interests of the homeowner’s while she is in the home and “qualifies” by telling the customer that the business will be calling.

·         Cultured Marble is best for bathrooms and the least expensive.

·         Granite Tile is a maintenance problem.

·         Jackie won the prize drawing for a gift card.
